1. General Terms and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mcwws platform and all related services. mcwws is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

mcwws is committed to responsible gaming and makes every effort to prevent minors from using the platform.

3.1 KYC Verification

At any time, particularly before large withdrawals, mcwws may ask you to submit the following documents:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

5.2 VIP Program

The mcwws VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week

It is possible to advance to higher VIP tiers through regular activity and active participation on the platform. Special benefits and offers apply to each VIP tier.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, mcwws reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

If an account is suspended or closed due to a rule violation, mcwws will consider returning the actual deposit amount (excluding bonuses) following an investigation. In cases of fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited.
